A few things that help us help you faster:
- Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Note the type of image (photo vs. vector graphic) — Paint Bucket works on photos;
vector graphics use Canva's built-in recolour.
- A screenshot of the design and the app panel is always useful.
